ARK IN THE PARK
Introducing ARK IN THE PARK, a one day introduction to all things Adventure Running Kids
ARK in the Park is a single ARK session in August that introduces the program to all interested or curious in registering for the Fall season.

Similar to our try it out sessions, this is an evening designed to provide a glimpse into what an ARK session looks like. What makes this new and exciting is having a central location that invites potential participants from all ARK locations (Hamilton, Oakville, Burlington, KW and Niagara) and creates a more festive evening of activities with participant numbers closer to what you will see at a typical ARK night as well as a larger group of volunteers and program managers to bounce questions off of.

The evenings session will be based on a navigation exercise and a running/game exercise, and will give participants and opportunity to participate in varied activities reflecting ARK.
