DONTGETLOST ADVENTURE RUNNING
Dontgetlost Adventure Running hosts many outdoor adventures every year including weekly training events in the winter, spring and autumn, several orienteering and adventure running races, adventure racing navigation clinics, and family map and compass clinics.
Dontgetlost Adventure Running (formerly Golden Horseshoe Orienteering) was formed in 2000 from the merger of the Hamilton King's Foresters (HKF) and Niagara orienteering clubs.
HKF was previously the Hamilton Orienteering Association and was founded in 1966. DontGetLost Adventure Running is proud to have its roots as one of North America's oldest orienteering clubs.
Dontgetlost Adventure Running is a not-for-profit volunteer organization with profits from our races going towards athletic development and support and many community events such as the Dundas Valley search and rescue map and our annual Hamilton Schools Adventure Challenge that attracts over 1000 participants. DGL is a member club of both the Ontario Orienteering Association and Orienteering Canada
