RAID THE HAMMER ADVENTURE RUN
NOVEMBER 8, 2020 (HAMILTON, ON)
The Hamilton (aka the Hammer) region has a rich long distance running history as the home of North America's oldest road running race and the hometown of many past winners of the Boston marathon and Canadian Olympian runners. The Raid the Hammer Adventure Run builds on this running history by combining road running, trail running, navigation, and trekking together into Ontario's gnarliest running race. Teams of three can expect lots of mud, rock and calf killing climbs as they Raid the Hammer.
2020 COVID MODIFICATIONS
We have made the following changes to enable to race to run safely, give racers comfort of mind and within pandemic guidelines

Outdoor registration/start/finish; other than access to washrooms, there will be no indoor facilities.
Online registration/waiver/briefing; everything you need to know before the race will be sent to you on the Saturday before the race
Declaration of health required to be completed on race day.
INDIVIDUALS allowed to enter!
No SportIdent timing. Timing and results will be undertaken using MapRunF. Racers will need to run with a device that can run the app or a GPS watch that has the capability to download the track after the run and then upload to the MapRunF server (we can help with that!)
