​LOCATION: Ireland Park, 2315 Headon Forest Dr, Burlington, ON L7M 3H2

 

Parking will be at the eastern parking lot, which can only be accessed from Headon Forest. There are no washroom facilities.

​

MAP: Ireland Park (2020. The map have had minor updates in fall 2025. The park is relatively flat with baseball diamonds, soccer fields and a school in each corner of the park.

 

Scale is1:4000.

 

COURSES: There will be one course offered. The course measures 2.4km, but shortest possible running route is 3.1km

 

START: Start any time after 3:15PM. Course closes at 5PM. Sunset is at 4:53PM.  The start, and finish, is located next to the parking lot.
