EVENT INFORMATION - ONTARIO CUP​

LOCATION: City View Park pavilion (NE corner of soccer fields), 2500 Kerns Rd, Burlington, ON L7P 1P8

The terrain is different from Saturday's classic. It will hardly be any rock and if the classic was flat, today will not be. The area is characterized by many ridges and valleys. The forest is very open and there are lots of trails. Everyone will start with The THOMASS box (see below for explanation) and finish with a 2.2km course back to the finish.

There will be no loose control descriptions.

SCALE is 1:7500 the City View Park map.

COURSES:
The race course will feature a marked "box" containing at least 7 checkpoints which participants may visit in any order. Participants have the option to skip checkpoints in the box equal to their number of handicap points.
Handicap points are awarded as follows (ages as of December 31):

Expected winning time is 30-35 minutes.

Some runners may cross a busy road. Please use caution.

Mass start at 10AM. The start is located 200m from the pavilion. The finish is at the pavilion.
